1. What is BREWZ?
BREWZ is a 3-in-1 portable coffee machine that allows you to make coffee whenever and wherever you want. It is compatible with ground coffee and capsules, so you can always prepare your favorite coffee.
2. How does BREWZ work?
BREWZ is easy to use: fill the reservoir with water, add your coffee (ground, beans or capsule), and press the button. Within minutes you have a fresh cup of coffee!
3. How is BREWZ delivered?
BREWZ delivery can take up to 12 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code to track your order.
4. Can I return BREWZ?
Yes, you can return BREWZ within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are at your own expense.
5. How can I maintain my BREWZ?
Clean the appliance regularly by rinsing the water tank and the coffee filter.
6. Is BREWZ safe to use?
Yes, BREWZ is an electrical appliance designed with safety in mind. Always follow the manual provided and only use the appliance as instructed.
